We collect information to operate and improve the app:

• Personal Information: name, phone number, and other details needed for registration, authentication, and in-app features.\
• Location Data: your device’s precise location (e.g., GPS) to enable trip directions, pickup/delivery routing, and related features. Depending on your settings, this may include foreground and, if enabled, background location.\
• Device & Usage Data: device model, OS version, app version, IP address, language, crash logs, performance and diagnostic data to keep the app reliable and secure.\
• Communications: messages you send to our support team or feedback submitted in the app.

We use your information to: - Provide core features (e.g., routing, bookings, real-time directions, account management).\

• Personalize and improve the app experience and performance.\
• Communicate with you about updates, support, security alerts, and policy changes.\
• Prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and maintain safety and security.\

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information: - With service providers who help us deliver functionality (e.g., maps/navigation, analytics, crash reporting). These providers are bound to protect your data and use it only on our instructions.\

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Wassla may include third-party services (e.g., maps, navigation, analytics). Your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies.

• Permissions: You can control app permissions (including Location) in your device settings. Limiting certain permissions may affect app functionality.\
• Access & Update: You can view or update certain account details in the app.\
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account/data (subject to legal or legitimate business retention needs).\
• Opt-Out of Marketing: If we send optional communications, you can opt out via provided controls.

Wassla is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required by local law. If we learn we’ve collected data from such a child without valid consent, we will take steps to delete it.

If data is processed outside your country, we apply safeguards consistent with applicable law to protect your information.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above shows when it last changed. We will post updates in the app and, if changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required.
