Before you join
Is store setup free?
Initial store setup and product uploads are free. Commercial terms and other fees are reviewed in your merchant agreement.
When are payouts made?
Settlements are weekly. The financial annex describes Monday processing and exceptions for holidays or processing conditions. Refer to your approved agreement for details.
Do I need my own delivery team?
Wassla drivers deliver platform orders without logistics costs to the store within the agreed service scope.
Can stores outside Riyadh join?
Current operations are in Riyadh. Contact us to express interest in future expansion.
